Our shipping charges vary from item to item based on size, weight & location. Kindly check to agree before completing the checkout process. The finalized shipping charges of your orders will be displayed on ‘Cart Review Page’ once shipping address is completely filled up.

Shipping Timescales

Oh&Ah dispatches every Tuesday. All orders received through Oh&Ah Store are processed and it will be dispatched the following Tuesday upon receiving the order. Therefore, depending on the location of the shipping address, your products will usually be with you in no more than 15days.

Lost Packages

On rare occasions we experience losses in the process of delivery. Please allow 15 days for the package to arrive from the date of dispatch. If this time elapses and the products do not arrive, please contact us as soon as possible at:
