Oh&Ah also checks the authenticity of the credit card details when they are entered.

3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Oh & Ah dispatch orders every Tuesday. If we are late in delivery time, we will send you an email notification. (please make sure that your email address with us is updated for this reason)
If we haven’t dispatch your order within 30 working days of your purchase due to unavailability in stock, you will be given a full refund with our sincere apologies.
4. How can I pay?

5. How much are my shipping charges?
We charge our shipments based on a ‘per unit per weight’ basis, where each item will be charged with a different rate based on size, weight & location. Please read details on our ‘Shipping Information‘ page.
6. I need to change the delivery address of my order – how do I do this?
If you haven’t completed your order yet, you can change your shipping addresses during the process of Checkout.
If you’ve completed your order, we’re sorry but we won’t be able to change any details for you – it’s already being processed.
7. My order didn’t go through, what can I do?
